WOM passes three million subscriptions mark in Colombia

Partners Telecom Colombia (trading as WOM) has passed the three million subscriptions mark, new regulatory data reveals. As per the latest statistical breakdown from the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications (Ministerio de Tecnologias de la Informacion y las Comunicaciones, MinTIC), WOM claimed 3.001 million subscriptions as of 31 December 2022. The cellco – which only launched in April 2021 – now offers 4G coverage in a total of 725 municipalities, via 4,800 cell sites.
