LiveOak Fiber acquires Georgia assets from ATC Broadband

Regional service provider LiveOak Fiber has announced that it has completed the acquisition of fibre network assets situated in Glynn and Camden Counties from Alma Telephone Company (ATC) Broadband, an ISP based in Alma, Georgia. LiveOak, which has a presence in selected markets in Georgia and Florida, is backed by InfraRed Capital Partners.
