Flow Jamaica introducing gigabit speeds

Flow Jamaica has reportedly activated 1Gbps download speeds for anyone signed up to one of its ‘Ya’ad & Road’ packages. According to the Jamaica Gleaner all other subscriptions should have gigabit speeds enabled by year-end. As per the report, Flow has added more than 200 communities to its fibre network since January 2022, with the new networks passing over 50,000 homes. The article quotes Stephen Price, Flow’s VP and general manager, as saying: ‘The legacy of our company has and will always be that of moving Jamaica forward through technological advancement.’
