Ericsson to provide Elisa with 5G SA core equipment in Estonia

Elisa Estonia has contracted Ericsson to provide core network equipment to support 5G Standalone (SA) services. The deal includes the Ericsson Cloud Native Infrastructure solution, as well as components of Ericsson’s cloud-native dual-mode 5G Core solution. Elisa launched Non Standalone (NSA) 5G earlier this year, with the rollout of 5G SA due to begin next year.
