Altice International Q3 revenue up 19.1%; group acquires 95% stake in Fibroglobal

Altice International has reported total revenue of EUR1.296 billion (USD1.346 billion) for the quarter ended 30 September 2022, representing growth of 19.1% year-on-year from EUR1.089 billion in 3Q21. EBITDA climbed 11.0% y-o-y from EUR413 million in the year-ago period to EUR458 million in 3Q22.

In operational terms, Altice International reported a total of 11.111 million B2C mobile subscriptions across its three markets (Portugal, Israel and Dominican Republic), alongside 3.075 million unique fixed B2C subscriptions.

In a key development of note, Altice has confirmed that it completed the acquisition of a 95% stake in Portuguese wholesale operator Fibroglobal, via its 50.01%-owned FastFiber subsidiary on 10 October 2022. The total purchase price for the deal was EUR76 million.
