Sotelgui to relaunch in H1 2023

State-owned telco Societe des Telecoms de Guinee (Sotelgui) is planning to re-enter the mobile market as Guinea Telecom in the first half of 2023, Agence Ecofin writes, citing telecom minster Ousmane Gaoual. According to the official, the operator will launch with 4G and 5G technologies to ensure that it does not lag behind its competitors.
