28 Sep 2022

Indian cellco Vodafone Idea (Vi) has been warned that it could lose access to Indus Towers’ facilities if it fails to address its unpaid dues to the infrastructure provider, the Economic Times writes, citing two people aware of the matter. The debt-laden cellco’s outstanding dues were estimated at around INR70 billion (USD858 million). According to the sources, Vi was asked to clear its past dues as soon as possible and at least 80% of its monthly dues immediately and, going forward, 100% of its monthly dues on time.
