Italy’s WINDTRE says its 5G TDD network using the 3.7GHz band now reaches 61.6% of the country’s population, up from 53.1% in March and 45.6% in January. The slower FDD system, which shares 1800MHz and 2.6GHz frequencies with its 4G system, now reaches 95.9% of Italians, up from 95.7% earlier in the year.
