Claro Colombia extends FTTH to 20 new municipalities

Claro Colombia has announced that it has invested USD25 million to connect an additional 20 municipalities to its fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) network. The locations in question have been named as San Andres Islands, El Rosal, Pamplona, ​​Pitalito, Sahagun, Aguachica, Aguazul, Carepa, Chigorodo, Cienaga, Suesca, Gachancipa, Guasca, La Union, Ocana, Subachoque, Turbo, Guaduas, Roldanillo and El Zarzal. The rollout activity means that Claro now offers FTTH connectivity in a total of 115 towns and cities.
