Claro Colombia has announced that it has invested USD25 million to connect an additional 20 municipalities to its fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) network. The locations in question have been named as San Andres Islands, El Rosal, Pamplona, Pitalito, Sahagun, Aguachica, Aguazul, Carepa, Chigorodo, Cienaga, Suesca, Gachancipa, Guasca, La Union, Ocana, Subachoque, Turbo, Guaduas, Roldanillo and El Zarzal. The rollout activity means that Claro now offers FTTH connectivity in a total of 115 towns and cities.
