Massachusetts-based multi-country telecoms group ATN International (ATNI) has reported revenues of USD179.5 million for the second quarter of 2022, up from USD123.9 million in 2Q21, with the uptick primarily due to the successful acquisition of Alaska Communications in July 2021. In related news, a report by TMT Finance has indicated that ATNI has enlisted Goldman Sachs to explore a potential sale of the company. As per the article, ATNI has a market capitalisation of USD691 million, and initial bids are expected in the first week of August.

TeleGeography notes that ATNI’s US businesses include Alaska Communications, Commnet, Choice Wireless and Choice NTUA Wireless. International subsidiaries, meanwhile, include: GTT (Guyana), One Communications (Bermuda), Logic Communications (Cayman Islands) and Viya (US Virgin Islands).
