Croatian fixed and mobile operator Hrvatski Telekom (HT) says it invested a total of HRK1.77 billion (USD240 million) on infrastructure improvements in 2021. For the second year in a row the firm said it broke its record for the expansion of its fibre-optic network, with fibre-based services reaching 108,000 new households during the year. Meanwhile, the coverage of the 5G network was quadrupled, covering more than 50% of Croatia and over two million people by the end of 2021.
