Virgin brand could be introduced in Italy’s fibre broadband market

Italian wholesale network operator Open Fiber is in discussions with a group which has acquired rights to use the Virgin brand to launch fibre broadband and TV services in Italy. A report from Bloomberg says the new operator could go under the name Virgin Fibra and could launch services over the Open Fiber network as early as this summer.
