Liquid agrees to acquire Telrad to strengthen B2B offering

Pan-African telco Liquid Intelligent Technologies has entered into an agreement to acquire Israel-based B2B provider Telrad. Liquid says Telrad’s ‘strong R&D programme and technology solutions’ will complement its own infrastructure and digital solutions offerings. Telrad is active in markets such as networking, cyber security, cloud infrastructure, data centres, information technology, geoinformatics and education. It has a presence in 13 countries across the Middle East, the Americas, Eastern Europe and Asia. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including Telrad shareholder approval. Financial details were not released.
