BroadbandTV News reports local press as saying that Czech national transmission company Ceske Radiokomunikace (CRa) has kicked off a trial of 5G broadcast services in Prague. The reports note that the trial, which is taking place from the Zizkov tower in the capital, is distributing TV and radio content from the public broadcaster CT (CT Sport HD and CT24 HD), commercial station Prima (CNN Prima News HD) and public radio CRo Radiozurnal. It is understood the tower covers the capital and most of central Bohemia, ‘but can only be received on a limited number of experimental receivers on the market’.
