According to a report from Business Day, which cites e& CEO Hatem Dowidar, the United Arab Emirates (UAE)-based group is exploring a new range of possibilities, including potential ‘fresh joint ventures, acquisitions and listings of subsidiaries’. The firm is looking for opportunities for geographic expansion in countries in Africa, Europe and Asia ‘with room for growth, political stability and strong regulations’.
