Polsat Plus Group in Poland has announced the completion of the merger of its two mobile network subsidiaries, Polkomtel, which trades as Plus, and Aero2. All Aero2 services are now offered by Plus, including the free wireless internet service which runs on its 2.6GHz TD-LTE network. The merger was announced in September, with Polsat Plus saying it was designed to simplify the group structure.
