Vodafone Italy CEO Aldo Bisio says the firm will have 5G networks in 50 to 60 cities by the end of this year. A report from Mondo Mobile Web says the operator is expanding on its current footprint of 25 cities. Vodafone claims 90% population coverage in Milan, Turin, Bologna, Rome, Naples, Genoa, Verona, Florence, Palermo and Bari, with around 70% of inhabitants covered in the remaining 15 markets.
