Full-service provider Movistar Peru is looking to sell a portion of its fibre network, as part of parent company Telefonica’s efforts to reduce its exposure in the region, Gestion writes. In November last year the operator set up a new fibre subsidiary dubbed PangeaCo that was focused on the expansion of fibre networks across the country to address the nation’s digital divide.
