Sweden’s Telia Company has completed its divestment of global network operator Telia Carrier following regulatory approval. Under a deal announced in October, Telia has sold the unit to Polhem Infra at an enterprise value of SEK9.45 billion (USD1.14 billion). Telia Company, meanwhile, has entered into a long-term agreement with its former subsidiary to ensure continuity of services for enterprise customers. Polhelm Infra is owned by a group of Swedish pension funds.
