Italian telco Tiscali has reported revenues of EUR144 million (USD175 million) for full-year 2020, an increase of EUR1.4 million (1%) from 2019. EBITDA rose 14% year-on-year to EUR29.1 million, but the company’s net loss widened from EUR16.5 million in 2019 to EUR22.2 million last year. The firm reported 672,700 active customers at the end of 2020, including 376,700 for fixed broadband, 39,900 fixed-wireless broadband and 256,200 mobile resale users. Tiscali had been forecasting a return to profit in 2022 but has pushed this back to 2023 due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
