UPC Slovakia expands gigabit internet to ten new markets

UPC Slovakia has expanded the coverage of its gigabit broadband service to a further ten cities and towns. Residents in Presov, Trnava, Banska Bystrica, Levice, Sliac, Velky Saris, Haniska, Petrovany, Kendice and Lubotice now have access to the firm’s 1Gbps internet package. UPC says its gigabit service is now available to 297,000 households in 13 markets, or almost half of all households in Slovakia.
