Trivon Networks, the management company for Russian broadband and MVNO operator Virgin Connect, has received a bankruptcy lawsuit filed by the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service (IFTS) for tax arrears, whilst including other claims against the company it has overdue debts totalling RUB169.5 million (USD2.2 million), according to a report by CNews. Trivon owes tax debts of RUB47 million and is also subject to around 100 other claims – reportedly including wage arrears – totalling around RUB122.5 million.
