BIPT consults on Proximus leased lines reference offer

Telecoms regulator the Belgian Institute for Postal Services and Telecommunications (BIPT) has opened a new public consultation on Proximus’s leased lines reference offer (BROTSoLL). The review follows a decision adopted in December 2019 regarding the analysis of the business broadband market, which imposed various obligations on Proximus including an obligation to publish a reference offer, a document describing the information, tariffs, and technical specifications of its regulated wholesale offer. Comments can be submitted until 28 April.
