Slovenian telco T-2 has begun a lawsuit against incumbent operator Telekom Slovenije for the alleged abuse of its dominant market position. A report from SeeNews says that T-2 is claiming damages of EUR12.2 million (USD14.8 million), compensation for the loss of profit totalling EUR35.8 million and for non-existence of claims in the amount of EUR1.8 million plus interest, fees and charges. The claims filed with the Ljubljana District Court relate to the period from 1 September 2018 to 31 July 2020.

In September 2018 Telekom Slovenije reached a court settlement with T-2 following a lengthy legal battle over the payment of EUR129.6 million with interest and other charges for alleged abuse of its market position.
