19 Feb 2021

Italian fixed-wireless access (FWA) provider Linkem has increased peak theoretical download speeds on its network from 30Mbps to 100Mbps. A report from Mondo3 says the upgrade on Linkem’s 3.5GHz TD-LTE network will only cover certain areas, with the remaining regions still capped at 30Mbps. According to TeleGeography’s GlobalComms Database, Linkem had around 665,000 internet subscribers at the end of September 2020.
