Ooredoo expands fibre to five new locations

Ooredoo Oman has announced the expansion of its fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) broadband service to an additional five areas. Customers in Nizwa Hay Al Ain, Rustaq (Ph-1) Hey Al Sarah, Musannah Al Maladah, Barka city centre and Buraimi city centre are now able to access maximum speeds of 1Gbps on the network. Ooredoo’s ‘Fibre Home Internet’ is already available in several locations of the Sultanate, including Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Al Batinah, Al Musannah, Nizwa and Ibri.
