TTK expands broadband network to Kostroma

Russian federal telecoms network operator TransTeleCom (TTK) has announced the expansion of its fixed broadband access services to the city of Kostroma, the administrative centre of Kostroma Oblast in western Russia, around 300km northeast of Moscow. In total, TTK’s broadband services are currently offered in over 320 cities and towns. The operator is providing Kostroma subscribers with home internet at speeds of up to 100Mbps, while a press release added that the company is ‘systematically working on expanding the geography of our services’.
