VOO launches Zuny youth offer

7 Oct 2020

Belgian cable operator VOO has launched ‘Zuny’, a new offer aimed at young people that bundles a broadband connection with an internet app providing access to a catalogue of premium TV series. The basic plan costs EUR39 (USD45.9) a month for a broadband connection with down/upload speeds of 100Mbps/10Mbps and an unlimited data allowance, while a EUR57 option includes a mobile plan featuring 16GB of mobile data, 300 minutes of calls and 300 SMS.

The new brand is 100% digital, offering online subscription in under ten minutes, customer service via Facebook and no fee for installation or cancellation. VOO believes this reflects changing user needs in the segment and will enable the company to gain market share among millennials.

Customers manage their subscription via a mobile app, where they can also add options on a monthly basis. These include a subscription to a range of more traditional TV channels for EUR7 a month, access to Belgian football via the Eleven Pro League channels (EUR7 a month), an option for unlimited mobile calls (EUR5 a month), as well as extra mobile data bundles ranging from EUR2.50 for 1GB to EUR20 for 10GB.
