Ooredoo fibre reaches three new locations

Ooredoo Oman has announced the expansion of its fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) broadband service to an additional three areas. Customers in Ruwi Bait Al Falaj, Seeb Al-Gushaybah and Suwaiq Al Batha are now able to access maximum speeds of 1Gbps on the network. The firm added that it plans to launch services in Hay Al Aqabah and Al Murtafa in Ibri in the near future.

Ooredoo’s ‘Fibre Home Internet’ is already available in the following areas: Al Mussanah, Al Khuwair, Ruwi, Darsait, Al Hail, Sultan Qaboos University, Al Mawalih, Old Al Amerat, Al Khoud, Al Mabaila, Al Manuma, Al Seeb Jadida, Hayy Al Saruj, Sur Al Hadid, Al Seeb Wadi Al Luwami, Ras Al Hamra, the Tilal Complex, Al Ghubra, Al Hambar, Al Athaiba Al Shamaliya, Saa’dah in Salalah, Al Ansab, Shabeyat Bousher, Al Awabi, Salalah Al Gharibiyah, Nakhal, Sohar Al Hujrah, Nizwa Farq, Wadi Al Maawil, Al Musannah city centre, Nizwa Hay Al Turath, Salalah Al Wadi and Salalah Al Hasilah.
