PosteMobile switches to Vodafone and signs new fixed broadband partnerships

24 Jul 2020

Italy’s largest MVNO PosteMobile has revealed that it is switching its host network back to Vodafone after six years with Wind Tre. The reseller, which is operated by the national postal firm Poste Italiane, originally launched mobile services via the Vodafone network in 2007 but moved to Wind Tre in 2014. PosteMobile already uses Vodafone Italy’s fixed line infrastructure to provide its home broadband service and now says that it will also be using the networks of TIM and Open Fiber to expand its reach, particularly in digital divide areas.
