Slovenian cableco Telemach, which is part of United Group, has acquired regional cable TV and broadband provider Ansat from utility firm Kostak. A report from Delo says that clearance has been given by the country’s Agency for the Protection of Competition. Ansat offers services in the municipalities of Krsko and Radece, providing broadband packages with download speeds up to 120Mbps. Prior to its buyout by Telemach, Ansat had been owned by Kostak since 2010.
