Vodafone continues LTE expansion in Germany

Vodafone Germany has completed rollout and upgrade projects at 1,000 LTE sites in the last four weeks, benefiting 140,000 people across the country. The firm said it has carried out work in more than 80 cities, towns and villages, with LTE coverage improved in areas such as Aachen, Karlsruhe and Essen, while in locations including Schluechtern, Straelen, Kranzberg, Bernried and Grossengottern, customers are able to access the 4G network for the first time.
