ER-Telecom's annual revenues climb 13%

Russia’s second largest broadband internet provider by subscribers, ER-Telecom, has reported that its consolidated revenue increased by 13% in full-year 2019 to RUB44.873 billion (USD595 million), while operating income before depreciation and amortisation (OIBDA) jumped by 33% to RUB17.078 billion, giving an annual OIBDA margin of 38%. ER-Telecom, which uses the trademark Dom.ru, said that the largest driver of sales growth was the B2B segment, where annual revenue increased by 20% to RUB16.126 billion, compared to consumer turnover which saw a 9% rise to RUB28.747 billion in the twelve-month period. FY19 net profit amounted to RUB2.644 billion, up 26% compared to 2018, and ER-Telecom invested annual CAPEX of RUB10.351 billion, up 32%. The group’s services include fibre-based broadband access, fixed-wireless data networking, corporate solutions, fixed IP telephony, digital TV, Wi-Fi access, VPNs, video surveillance and integrated industrial Internet of things (IoT) solutions including LoRaWAN network access, while it is also actively participating in the Federal connectivity programme to eliminate the digital divide.
