Saudi Telecom Company (STC) has launched a new brand identity in line with its digital transformation strategy, the operator said in a bourse statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul). The rebranding aims to enhance the customer experience, with the company expecting that it will boost the positioning of STC as one of the ‘most valuable’ brands in the Middle East. The new identity entails the amendment of the company’s Arabic name from Aleitsalat to stc and will also apply to the company’s subsidiaries Viva (Kuwait Telecom Company) and Viva (Bahrain), which have both adopted the stc banner.
