TOYA goes giga

Polish cableco TOYA has launched its first gigabit services as part of a revamp of its broadband portfolio. The firm, which has networks in eight cities, now offers tariffs ranging from 100Mbps/20Mbps (download/upload) for PLN49.90 (USD12.70) a month to 1Gbps/60Mbps for PLN79.90. Existing customers can either stay on their current tariff or switch to one of the new offers, the company said. TOYA has spent the last twelve months upgrading its networks in Lodz, Krakow, Myslowice, Pisz, Przemysl, Pabianice, Kutno and Piotrkow Trybunalski.
