Vodafone Qatar claims residential 5G fixed broadband solution

Vodafone Qatar has announced that it is launching a commercial 5G home broadband solution under the ‘Vodafone GigaHome’ banner, Gulf Times reports. The company claims that the new fixed internet service ‘covers every size house with guaranteed Wi-Fi in every room using a state-of-the-art Giga-Wi-Fi Hub powered by Vodafone’s GigaNet network, including fibre and 5G’. It added that GigaHome will have ‘no installation fees, no charges for moving to a new house, and seamless installation’.
