ER-Telecom grows 2018 revenue by 18%

Russia’s second largest fixed broadband provider ER-Telecom has announced that its annual consolidated revenue increased by 18% to RUB39.74 billion (USD618 million), representing 8% organic growth and 10% via mergers and acquisitions. Business user (B2B) revenue increased by 21% in full-year 2018 to RUB13.41 billion and consumer (B2C) revenue rose by 16% to RUB26.33 billion. EBITDA climbed 30% to RUB12.73 billion, giving an EBITDA margin of 32% (up from 29% in FY17). Net profit amounted to RUB2.11 billion – up 70% year-on-year – and twelve-month CAPEX increased by 11% to RUB7.69 billion. ER-Telecom’s total number of active B2C subscribers (internet, pay-TV and telephony under the brand) increased by 10.4% y-o-y to 7.002 million at end-2018. In 2019 it expects revenue to increase by 14% with EBITDA growth of 23%.
