Malta’s GO reports sales increase for 2018

Maltese fixed and mobile operator GO has released its financial results for full-year 2018 covering its operations in Malta and Cyprus. Revenues climbed 3.3% to EUR171.8 million (USD194.2 million), while net profit jumped 13.6% to EUR20.4 million. The group added 20,000 households to its domestic fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) footprint, taking total coverage to 84,000 premises, or 45% of Malta’s total. In Cyprus, meanwhile, Cablenet’s networks reach 52.8% of the population.
