7 Mar 2019

Italian wireless ISP EOLO has launched a new business unit dedicated to SME customers. The firm, which uses licensed and licence-exempt 5.4GHz and 28GHz frequencies to provide wireless internet access, says it is looking to connect more businesses in digital divide areas, which lack access to high speed fixed infrastructure. EOLO claims to cover 5,900 municipalities, with its network comprising 2,500 base stations and 8,000km of optical fibre. The operator provides access with download speeds of up to 100Mbps.
