Windstream Enterprise offering FWA in 50 markets

Windstream Enterprise (WE) has announced that its fixed-wireless access (FWA) network is now available in more than 50 markets, with a total service area covering 350,000 pre-qualified enterprise businesses. The milestone has been achieved following the successful launch of a fixed-wireless core site in Houston, Texas. The FWA network operates in parallel to Windstream’s robust 150,000-mile core fibre footprint and provides faster speeds than the telco’s legacy copper infrastructure.
