Telecom Italia (TIM) has lost a court appeal against a government decision to award a EUR925 million (USD1.08 billion) broadband tender to wholesale operator Open Fiber in 2017. TIM challenged the award, saying the tender process was flawed, but Reuters reports that Italy’s top administrative court has now dismissed its appeal.
