HT says all customers will have minimum 20Mbps connection

Croatian fixed and mobile operator Hrvatski Telekom (HT) says it plans to provide all of its customers with minimum internet access speeds of 20Mbps within the next year. Announcing plans for its future infrastructure investment, the Deutsche Telekom (DT) unit says it will spend HRK1 billion (USD156 million) over the next two years to upgrade and expand its mobile networks, including a threefold increase in network capacity. Fixed fibre infrastructure will also be utilised to provide connectivity at up to 1Gbps. HT invested a total of HRK822 million in the first half of 2018, up 8.3% year-on-year.
