Viva Kuwait launches ‘VoLTE Plus’

Viva Kuwait has launched ‘VoLTE Plus’ technology, claiming a ‘regional first’. Initially only for users of Apple iPhone 8/8 Plus/X and iOS 11.3 (or higher) devices, Viva says VoLTE Plus will offer higher quality calls/video calls with ‘seamless’ connectivity and simultaneous high quality internet/data access. Both caller and receiver device must be compatible with the VoLTE Plus platform. Back in June 2015 Viva claimed a Kuwaiti first by launching VoLTE services (initially for Samsung smartphone users).
