A1 Bulgaria expands LTE-A coverage

Bulgarian telecoms operator A1 Bulgaria (formerly Mtel) has extended its LTE-A network to a number of seaside resorts, with over 700 locations now within its operational footprint for advanced 4G services. The company revealed that speeds of up to 150Mbps could now be accessed in Albena, Sunny Beach, Golden Sands, Nessebar, Ravda, Pomorie, Duni, Sozopol, Primorsko, Ahtopol, Sinemorets, Kiten, Varvara, St. Constantine and Helena, St. Vlas and other resorts. A1’s LTE network currently covers over 2,000 locations countrywide.
