Beeline must pay up USD3.3m for outage, court rules

VEON-backed mobile operator Beeline Uzbekistan has lost an appeal in the Tashkent Commercial Court against a UZS26.9 billion (USD3.32 million) regulatory fine imposed for a network outage, the Trend news agency reported.
