Cablevision Holding confirms London Stock Exchange listing

Cablevision Holding (CVH), which was spun off from media conglomerate Grupo Clarin on 1 May 2017, has confirmed that it has successfully listed some 121 million global depositary shares on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market, under the ticker symbol ‘CVH’.

According to TeleGeography’s GlobalComms Database, the holding company’s chief asset, Cablevision, was formally merged with Telecom Argentina on 1 January 2018. The shareholder structure of the combined entity is now as follows: CVH (18.89%), VLG Argentina (100% owned by CVH, 20.19%), Fintech Telecom (31.75%), with an additional 0.01% stake designated as Class C shares; the remaining 29.16% is in free float on the New York and Buenos Aires Stock Exchanges.
