Beeline Uzbekistan deploying 900 base stations this year

Beeline Uzbekistan (Unitel), part of the VEON group, reports that it rolled out over 1,200 base stations in 2017, whilst its rollout target for 2018 is at least 900 new base stations. In its most recent expansion and upgrade work, Beeline improved 3G coverage and capacity around Tashkent (in the Akkurgan, Bostanlyk, Katta-Chirchik and Yangiyul municipalities) and Bukhara (in the Bukhara, Kagan and Karakul municipalities).
