Telekom Slovenije to acquire 100% of Kosovo’s IPKO

Telekom Slovenije has announced an agreement buy out the remaining minority shareholders of Kosovan cellco and ISP IPKO Telecommunications and take a 100% stake in the company. The Slovenian operator has held 93.11% of IPKO since December 2009.

As well as providing fixed and mobile services in its domestic market, Telekom Slovenije has interests in businesses in Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia.
