These increases were only partly offset by a 4.5% decline in total revenues in Macedonia. At the end of 2017 A1 Telekom Austria Group reported a total of 20.66 million wireless subscribers, a decrease of 0.2% year-on-year, as customers declined in Austria (by 1.9%), Bulgaria (3.2%), Belarus (1.6%), Slovenia (1.5%) and Macedonia (2.8%). Total wireline RGUs fell by 0.6% y-o-y to 6.04 million at 31 December 2017; A1 Telekom Austria Group noted that the decline in Austria and Bulgaria, which was mainly driven by voice RGUs, was partly offset by increases in Belarus, Macedonia, Slovenia and Croatia.
