23 Jan 2018

Poland’s Cyfrowy Polsat and its mobile unit Polkomtel, which trades as Plus, are to increase the download speeds on their LTE-based home internet service. The firms will use LTE-A technology to increase peak theoretical speeds to 300Mbps. The Home Internet 300 service includes an outdoor antenna and a Wi-Fi router. The LTE network is used to provide broadband connectivity in rural areas without fixed internet coverage.
